Subcaptain Tubako
This quest begins in the merchants camp slightly down the Maelstorm Coast. You can receive it from the Wanted Poster in the camp.
To complete the quest, kill Subcaptain Tubako in the pirates camp and collect his head. His coordinates are approximately x:549, y:2
He has multiple pirates around him, and it will be hard to get him alone. His damage range is from ~85 to ~255 per hit.
Once you collect his head, turn it into Claude in Arktuis Village.
The reward is 29,260 experience, and 65,740 gold.
